Chi Rowe Yoga shoot

Last Friday, the 27th, I shot a woman named Dr. Linda Rowe, DC, CCSP, RYT a chriopractic sports physician and yoga instructor. She was looking for images for her new Website, which should be live soon. She is currently practicing out of the Poise Studio in Beaverton, Oregon. The look and feel of the site is going to reflect her professional style of marrying traditional chiropractic services with the philosophies of yoga. Here are some of the shots from friday.

So I finally joined ASMP this week. I am currently an Emerging Associate and therefore have access to all of the benefits of the ASMP network of photographers and assistants. I am looking forward to attending some ASMP events and being listed in the "find an assistant" section of both the national ASMP site and my local Oregon chapter. ASMP offers many interesting and useful events through out the year, I will post any that I am going to attend and also do a follow up on how I think the event went.

Thaxton Imaging LLC

I finally set up my LLC this year! Upon moving to Oregon I have decided to take Thaxton Imaging to the next step, and along with my business manager Tom Thaxton, make this a legitimate business. We have set up shop here in Tigard, Oregon where I am currently working out of a home office. I will soon going to be looking for studio space and a place to stretch out a bit. We are currently looking for clients in a wide variety of industries and would welcome any who need photographic, graphic design, or web development services.

First Things First

Entering my third year at Brooks Institute of Photography I am just ending my class in Flash. I think I really took to the class and program and got a really good looking website out of it  ::   ::  Next session I have the Stock class coming up. Should bring up some good images and I am looking forward to it.
